Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Roloagents collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect what we need to find you better matches — and nothing we can't justify. Roloagents is operated by Bookit Labz LLC, a Wyoming company.
Information We Collect
We collect the information you give us and the data needed to run Roloagents. Specifically:
Account information
- Name, email address, phone number, and location — provided during registration and onboarding.
Professional information
- Work experience, education, skills, and CV documents you upload.
Job preferences
- Desired roles, salary expectations, and work arrangements.
Application data
- Jobs you apply to, cover letters generated, and application status.
Usage data
- Pages visited, features used, and timestamps.
Device information
- Browser type, operating system, and IP address — standard analytics.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the core service: job matching, auto-apply, and cover letter generation.
- To improve match accuracy and our AI recommendations.
- To communicate service updates and notifications.
- To process payments via Stripe.
- To maintain security and prevent fraud.
We use Anthropic's Claude AI to parse CVs and generate cover letters. To do this, your professional data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not retain this data beyond the time needed to process your request.
Information Sharing
We share your information only where it is necessary to deliver the service:
- With employers, when you apply to a role — your name, email, CV, and cover letter, which is only what a normal job application includes.
- With Stripe, for payment processing. We do not store credit card numbers.
- With Anthropic, for AI processing (CV parsing, cover letters, and job matching).
- With Supabase, our database provider, for data storage.
- With Vercel, for application hosting.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not share your data with advertisers.
Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion.
- Application history is retained for 2 years for your records.
- CVs are retained while your account is active and are deleted when you delete your account.
- AI-generated content is not retained by AI providers beyond processing.
- Usage logs are retained for 90 days.
Your Rights
- Access: request a copy of your data.
- Correction: update your information at any time via profile settings.
- Deletion: delete your account and all associated data.
- Export: download your data in standard formats.
- Opt-out: disable auto-apply or disable AI processing.

Security
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Secure authentication via Supabase Auth.
- Row-level security on all database tables.
- Regular security reviews.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
California Residents (CCPA)
- You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
- You have the right to request deletion of your personal information.
- You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information — though we do not sell personal data.
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Children
The service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
