Service Description

Roloagents is an AI-powered job matching and application platform. The service includes:

  • AI-powered job matching.
  • Auto-apply to job postings on your behalf, when you enable it.
  • AI-generated cover letters and CV parsing.
  • Job aggregation from multiple sources.

User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate and current information.
  • One account per person.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Refunds are at our discretion for unused billing periods.
  • Free tier limitations are as described on the pricing page.

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the service to spam employers.
  • Provide false information in applications.
  • Circumvent rate limits or security measures.
  • Scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Use the service for discriminatory purposes.
  • Create multiple accounts to bypass limits.

AI-Generated Content

  • Cover letters and match analysis are AI-generated suggestions.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI output before submission.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.
  • Auto-apply sends applications on your behalf — by enabling the feature, you authorize this.

Intellectual Property

  • Bookit Labz LLC owns the platform, code, design, and Roloagents brand.
  • You own your personal data, CVs, and any content you edit.
  • AI-generated cover letters are licensed to you for your personal use.

Disclaimers

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
  • We make no guarantee of employment outcomes.
  • Job listings are sourced from third parties; accuracy is not guaranteed.
  • Auto-apply may not work with all employers or ATS systems.
  • We are not an employment agency.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
  • We are not liable for employer actions or hiring decisions.

Termination

  • You may close your account at any time.
  • We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
  • Data deletion follows the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
  • Disputes will be resolved in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
